Artificial Intelligence Word Search

The phrase artificial intelligence was coined for a summer research meeting at Dartmouth College in 1956, where a small group proposed that thinking could be described precisely enough to simulate. Progress came in fits and starts, and IBM's Deep Blue beat world chess champion Garry Kasparov in 1997. Today's systems learn from very large collections of examples instead of following rules written by hand.
